What materials do you use?
All Milky Shell pieces are handcrafted in Bali using nature's finest treasures : seashells, river pearls and earth's gems. Every material is carefully selected for its beauty, energy and quality. We use stainless steel gold platted for all our chains & hoops.

Are your pieces durable?
With the right care, your Milky Shell jewelry will last for years. 

How do I take care of my jewelry?
— Avoid contact with perfume and cream : always put your pieces on last
— Rinse gently with clear water after wearing them in the ocean
— The more your jewelry comes into contact with water, the faster the gold plating will fade, so keep that in mind
— Handle with care — seashells and pearls are natural materials that love to be treated gently 🐚

Where do you ship?
Milky Shell ships worldwide, from Bali to your doorstep, wherever you are.

How long does delivery take?
— Europe : 4 to 10 business days
— Rest of the world : 8 to 15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are 4.99€ worldwide

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package all the way from Bali.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
We don't create fully custom pieces from scratch, but we can adjust the chain length to fit you perfectly, just let us know when you order or send us a DM and we'll take care of it. 🤍

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Milky Shell piece. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs back to Bali (Indonesia) are at the customer's expense.

What conditions apply for a return?
Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we will find the best solution for you as quickly as possible.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Just reach out to us via our contact page or by email. We're a small human team, we're here to help and will always do our best to make things right.
